Family Health Services for all ages - when you are sick or injured - you deserve care when it is convenient for you, at affordable prices, and without long waits. Only one bill - unlike a hospital. We submit your insurance claims for you. Most major insurance and managed care plans accept our rates. You only have your insurer's required co-pay or deductible at the time of visit. Our experienced physicians and staff are committed to providing you the highest quality health care and customer service on your time schedule when it is convenient.
Occupational Health Services are also available with employment and DOT physicals, drug screens, breath alcohol levels, as well as evaluation and treatment for work related injuries and illness to include lab testing, x-rays, and EKGs. We coordinate the paperwork with your employer's workmen's compensation carrier to minimize the hassle of filing forms and provide one convenient bill.
