Microsurgical Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA)

Description
The doctor makes an incision in the scrotal skin of the testicle and using a microscope collects sperm using a special tube called a micropipette. This produces a higher number of active sperm to be used in immediate egg combination or can be frozen for later use.
