Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)

Description
The sperm are injected directly into the eggs in the laboratory. This procedure is selected if the sperm are felt to be too weak to penetrate the egg themselves or if the number of sperm are too low. Once the embryo are formed they are implanted into the women using numerous techniques.
