Medications That Cause Nausea

Treatment
If possible the medication causing the nausea can be stopped. Anti-nausea medication (promethazine/Phenergan, ondansetron/Zofran) can be prescribed. These can be taken orally, sublingually (under the tongue), rectally or as an injection.
