Foreign Body
Description
A foreign body is a foreign object in the body that is generally causing inflammation or symptoms and needs to be removed
Symptoms
Pain, swelling, redness.
Tests
A history and physical exam will be performed. An X-ray by be taken to locate the foreign body.
Standard Workup
- X-Ray
Treatment
Removal of the foreign body.
